These Terms of Use govern purchases you make on the GummyWeld website, gummyweld.com, available by desktop or mobile web, controlled by GummyWeld (”we”, ”us” or ”GW”).
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Terms before you make any purchase or whenever you otherwise use or access the Site. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not make any purchase or otherwise use or access the Site. Your purchase or use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms.
We do our best to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate, and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. All products, descriptions, and prices of products on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice.

Order acceptance
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details, and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have accepted your order.
Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. We recommend that you save the confirmations to facilitate any future contact with our customer service.
Payment
The following payments are accepted:
1. Credit cards and debit cards
Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, and Maestro. Please note that your card is debited with the purchase amount once GW has sent you the order confirmation email. All credit/debit card transactions on the Site are processed using Molly, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by GW. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will be canceled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
2. PayPal
When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ”Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking ”Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Site.
Delivery conditions
We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out.
Dispatch of orders may take up to 8 to 2 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days during weekdays. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If you need your purchase urgently, please contact us before placing your order so that we will have the opportunity to investigate whether we can deliver according to your wishes.
Returns
If you would like to return a product, please send us an e-mail to contact@gummyweld.acdceurl.fr to get instructions on how to complete the return request.
You as a customer will need to pay the shipping cost for returning the products for a refund.
Defective products
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately by e-mail to contact@gummyweld.acdceurl.fr and within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please note that we will not be able to handle returned products without your prior contact with our customer service. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it to enable us to approve a complaint. If GW reasonably determines that the products are in fact defective, GummyWeld will compensate you with a non-defective similar replacement item.
Liability
GummyWeld’s liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms unless otherwise is stipulated by law. GummyWeld’s liabilities to you for any cause whatsoever will never exceed your total purchase amount for the order.
In no case whatsoever will GummyWeld assume any liability for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar events.

Termination of account
By ordering and using the Site, you agree that GummyWeld may, at its sole discretion, terminate your account and remove and discard any content that you may have contributed to the Site without prior notice.

You are responsible for the personal protection and security of any password or username that you may use to access the Site. You are responsible for all activity conducted on the Site that can be linked or traced back to your username or password.
